Description

  • Manage day-to-day front desk and administrative operations, including answering multi-line calls, monitoring practice emails, and following up on tasks quickly.
  • Use Charm EHR to schedule patient appointments, update medical records, and track daily clinical tasks accurately.
  • Coordinate specialized functional medicine laboratory kit orders and track related patient workflows.
  • Process incoming medical records and route them for provider review.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and guide them through their care plans with proactive communication.
  • Provide clear verbal support to patients by phone and video, especially when discussing sensitive care-related details.
  • Support the clinical team by helping maintain organized, efficient daily practice operations.

Requirements

  • Previous hands-on experience with Charm EHR is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in a Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or Naturopathic clinic setting is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Neutral accent to ensure clear understanding during detailed patient interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment for handling patient inquiries safely and accurately.
  • Comfort using modern digital tools, email systems, and remote office setups.
  • High level of organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical acumen and a patient-focused approach.
