Description

  • Lead company-wide financial planning processes, including annual operating planning, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and executive consolidations.
  • Partner with G&A leaders across People, Legal, IT, and Corporate functions to guide investment decisions and operational trade-offs.
  • Build and optimize corporate financial models, SaaS operating metrics, headcount planning frameworks, and executive reporting.
  • Drive forecast rigor through variance analysis, scenario planning, and insights into key business performance drivers.
  • Manage total-company payroll, tax, benefits, and merit/promo allocation assumptions in coordination with the Total Rewards team.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Total Rewards, and business leaders to improve spend management and workforce planning.
  • Prepare executive-ready narratives and presentations that translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations.
  • Advance analytical excellence, scalable planning processes, and best practices across the broader FP&A organization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning systems, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
  • Mentor and elevate analysts and team members through high-impact finance initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, ideally in high-growth SaaS organizations.
  • Strong expertise in annual planning, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and executive consolidations.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with deep understanding of SaaS unit economics, headcount planning, and operating performance metrics.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders to influence investment decisions and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading finance initiatives while mentoring and developing analysts and team members (preferred).
  • Experience partnering with G&A organizations such as People, Legal, IT, or Corporate Operations as a finance business partner (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning, including workflow automation and dashboarding (preferred).
  • Familiarity with finance and HR systems including TeamOhana, NetSuite, Workday, and Coupa (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS operating metrics including Rule of 40, CAC Payback, Magic Number, and LTV (preferred).
