Description

  • Build and execute a consultant relations strategy to increase awareness and advocacy across the employer and health plan benefits space.
  • Lead and develop a team of 7 Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers.
  • Drive pipeline growth through partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.
  • Build senior-level relationships with leaders across top-tier consulting firms to educate the market.
  • Partner with internal marketing on consultant campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align on shared goals.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and consultant feedback to inform product and growth roadmaps.
  • Translate company strategy into clear goals and success criteria for the Alliances team.
  • Manage team capacity and remove obstacles to sustain high performance.
  • Create a culture of psychological safety, trust, and learning within the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or benefits environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams focused on large or jumbo employer clients.
  • Deep existing relationships and credibility across top national benefit consulting firms.
  • Experience navigating complex, rapidly changing environments with a strong bias toward action.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to practice candor with care in high-stakes negotiations.
  • Strong analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities.
  • Authentic alignment with Spring Health’s mission to eliminate barriers to mental healthcare.
  • Full-time, remote work with significant travel, typically 4 to 6 times per quarter.
  • Experience in senior alliance, consultant relations, or strategic partnerships roles is implied by the scope of the position.

  • Target salary range of $225,000 to $257,500.
