Description

  • Build and strengthen trust-based relationships with national and global benefits consultants and senior leaders at consulting and brokerage firms.
  • Drive firm-level advocacy for Spring Health to support pipeline, bookings, and market positioning.
  • Partner with sales, channel partnerships, product marketing, product, and customer success teams to execute territory strategies and support revenue goals.
  • Create targeted sales tools and educational materials for consultants in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Represent Spring Health at national conferences and consultant events to expand brand presence and influence.
  • Act as a liaison across internal teams by bringing consultant insights to inform strategy and execution.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to align internal strategies with consultant and client needs.
  • Generate net-new pipeline through self-sourced and partnership-driven opportunities.
  • Work toward annual revenue targets and improve win rates through strategic consultant engagement.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in strategic alliances, channel management, or business development within the healthcare or benefits ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of building and influencing relationships with senior executive leaders at national consulting or brokerage firms.
  • Experience leading strategic accounts at a national or enterprise level across diverse regions and internal practices.
  • Strong understanding of benefits consulting dynamics and the ability to translate firm-level advocacy into pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • High-level executive presence and communication skills with the ability to position complex value propositions in competitive markets.
  • Results-driven mindset with experience generating net-new pipeline, increasing inclusion in major opportunities, and improving win rates.
  • Full-time, remote availability with occasional travel for company, team, or customer meetings and events.
  • Experience in the mental health, healthcare, or benefits space is required or strongly preferred.

  • Target base salary of $135,000 to $159,500, plus equity and benefits.
