Description

  • Own the day-to-day execution of strategic go-to-market partnerships, including launch planning, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Client Success to support successful launches and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and maintain go-to-market and enablement materials such as pitch decks, FAQs, ROI summaries, internal playbooks, and training resources.
  • Track partnership performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution and strong partner outcomes.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives by building business cases, memos, and executive-ready materials.
  • Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and clarity across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to drive adoption and effectiveness of partnership enablement materials.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in GTM strategy, partnerships, business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-facing materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable execution plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Experience in digital health, benefits, or healthcare partnerships (preferred).
  • Exposure to payer, PEO, or channel-based go-to-market models (preferred).
  • Experience building dashboards or analyzing partnership performance metrics (preferred).
  • Experience supporting enterprise Sales or channel enablement initiatives (preferred).

  • Target base salary of $106,400–$131,000, plus a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
