Description

  • Serve as the product expert and mental health advocate for an enterprise book of business.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and consultants.
  • Demonstrate Spring Health’s value proposition and connect it to customer success metrics.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including implementations, engagement strategies, and contract renewals.
  • Create and present business reviews to senior HR executives and business leaders with data-based recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally to share customer feedback and drive process improvements.
  • Provide sales support as needed.
  • Identify new opportunities through discovery with customers and consultants.
  • Build multithreaded relationships within each account to strengthen advocacy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, implementation, or healthcare management.
  • Experience in upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue.
  • Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms.
  • Experience owning contract renewals across the customer lifecycle.
  • Experience using data visualization and reconciliation techniques to present findings and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interest in transforming the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 15%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

  • Target base salary of $106,400 - $131,000.
