Description

  • Own the day-to-day and strategic relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients across data and analytics engagements.
  • Map client stakeholder landscapes and build rapport with decision-makers, influencers, and sponsors.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients and maintain clear, consistent communication.
  • Translate technical delivery outputs into business value for senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Run regular client check-ins, QBRs, and roadmap sessions to maintain alignment and identify opportunities.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities such as new workstreams, expanded scope, and upsell across Monks' service lines.
  • Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work, and commercial negotiations with internal partners.
  • Oversee delivery with onshore and offshore teams to keep work on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Monitor account health, revenue trajectory, renewal risk, budgets, and billing, and escalate issues early.
  • Provide strategic advisory on data maturity, analytics strategy, platform choices, and regulatory trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, digital consulting, or client services.
  • Experience in data, analytics, or digital marketing is ideally preferred.
  • Track record of growing accounts and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Comfort working with budgets, Statements of Work, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics, and digital marketing ecosystems such as DV360 and CM360.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language in writing, verbally, and in presentations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement processes and complex billing structures.
  • Exposure to cloud environments such as GCP or AWS, or to data engineering and analytics engineering concepts.
  • Experience with MarTech or data platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze is highly desirable.
  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Google Cloud certification is highly preferred.
