Description

  • Partner with account managers and the wider GTM team to align account strategy and commercial goals.
  • Use internal data tools to track client engagement, identify adoption opportunities, and spot churn risk early.
  • Conduct discovery into client workflows and pain points to build and refine financial services use cases.
  • Build strong relationships with investment professionals across levels and deliver white-glove client service.
  • Translate customer feedback into internal product and content improvement requests.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Content teams to influence future product development and beta feedback loops.
  • Engage directly with newly onboarded and existing clients to demonstrate platform value and support renewals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client workflows, challenges, and goals across financial services segments.
  • Support long-term account success and net retention across dedicated accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services or supporting Financial Services clients in a fintech/SaaS organization.
  • Experience working with clients or workflows in at least one of: Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, or Hedge Funds.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a high-growth fintech/SaaS firm in sales, client success, product, or another client-facing or investment role.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and its application in Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for GenAI in Financial Services.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfort leading evaluations such as on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
  • Highly articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing communication style.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Effective attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization under pressure.
  • Ability and interest to work autonomously in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team culture.
  • Empathetic, curious-minded, client-centric, and collaborative mindset.
