Description

  • Support members through phone, chat, and email interactions during assigned shifts in the languages in which you are fluent.
  • Manage care coordination tasks such as platform sign-up support, troubleshooting technical issues, collecting intake information, and scheduling or canceling appointments.
  • Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer members to the appropriate level and modality of care.
  • Respond to member crises, including suicide risk, with in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
  • Provide consultation, psychoeducation, empathy, and motivational support for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns.
  • Handle CIR intake and coaching services for global members and customers.
  • Identify, document, and help resolve barriers to care, technical issues, and other issues raised by members and providers.
  • Research and document crisis resources available to members in different countries.
  • Document patient interactions in Spring Health’s online systems in English.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, attend meetings and case consultations, and participate in training and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
  • Current licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist.
  • Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Additional language fluency such as Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
  • Appropriate credentials in your U.S. state or country of residence.
  • Comfort using multiple computer platforms simultaneously and learning new systems.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
  • Experience working with members worldwide in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and customer-service orientation.
