Description

  • Review customer and account data for accuracy, discrepancies, and compliance issues.
  • Process contributions accurately and within deadlines so customer contributions are applied correctly.
  • Identify, correct, and escalate data errors and discrepancies as needed.
  • Support communication and information flow between teams to resolve customer inquiries and improve workflows.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational support and become a trusted point of contact for internal processes.
  • Contribute to key projects by completing assigned tasks on time and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and help maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong aptitude for working with numbers.
  • Basic reconciliation skills.
  • Basic problem-solving abilities, with interest in research and learning.
  • Willingness to identify and suggest process improvements.
