Description

  • Supervise and lead clinical team members supporting a portfolio of customers.
  • Interview, hire, onboard, and develop team members through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure timely delivery of clinical services, including assessment, care management, crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination.
  • Monitor caseloads and performance metrics, and implement workflows and benchmarks that support SLAs and team effectiveness.
  • Lead the team through rapid operational and clinical change as care models evolve.
  • Provide critical incident response support and ensure urgent needs are addressed appropriately.
  • Review cases, deliver feedback, coach staff, and provide clinical consultation to uphold quality and documentation standards.
  • Support operational readiness for high-acuity and after-hours needs, including periodic on-call coverage and coordination with overnight teams.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, SOPs, and clinical models.
  • Foster a collaborative, mission-driven team culture focused on excellence, compliance, and compassionate care.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership and management experience, including supervision of teams of 15+.
  • 10+ years of behavioral health experience, including experience in EAP and management consultation.
  • Active independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, or RN.
  • Proven success building, growing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
  • High sense of urgency and results orientation with a strong service mindset.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including longitudinal care management.
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing organization.
  • Experience with telephony and documentation tools and systems.
