Description

  • Develop and maintain scalable quality monitoring frameworks, including sampling strategies, QA rubrics, and calibration processes.
  • Translate quality data into actionable insights, including root-cause analysis and recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with Provider Operations leaders and frontline stakeholders to design and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
  • Build feedback loops that connect quality insights to coaching, enablement, SOP updates, and knowledge management.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate quality workflows while maintaining appropriate controls and human oversight.
  • Own quality measurement and reporting, including KPI definitions, scorecards, and recurring performance packages.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects by framing questions, analyzing data, and delivering decision-ready outputs.
  • Measure the impact of quality initiatives over time and track improvements in provider experience outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in management consulting, operations analytics, quality/performance management, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Healthcare and/or member-facing operations experience is a plus.
  • Experience building quality measurement systems, performance scorecards, or operational KPI frameworks.
  • Proven experience developing and managing analytical models.
  • Strong command of data and visualization tools such as Looker, SQL, and Hex.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business problems using data and structured analysis.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • A builder’s mindset and comfort establishing frameworks, processes, and standards in a scaling environment.

  • Target base salary of $80,000–$92,000.
