Description

  • Own strategic and operational planning and execution for launching and optimizing new Complex Care offerings.
  • Monitor end-to-end program performance using a data-driven approach and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop capacity and budget models and advocate for the operational resources needed to support new programs.
  • Build and maintain strategic partner relationships to improve member experience and expand capabilities.
  • Partner with Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to position Complex Care initiatives in the market.
  • Support Product and Engineering in designing and implementing new technology features.
  • Drive revenue, margin, launch, and satisfaction outcomes through continuous service and operating model optimization.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered effectively and scaled sustainably.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of cross-functional experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep experience in operations, healthcare, and strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with clinicians.
  • Ability to balance high-level operational strategy with tactical implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to influence organizational change and build internal and external relationships.
  • Empathetic, communicative, and receptive to real-time feedback.
  • Experience in crisis response or leave of absence programs is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% for team or company events and meetings.

  • Target base salary range of $160,000 to $184,000.
