Description

  • Own forecasting of inbound volume to Clinical Operations by team and request category.
  • Develop and manage dynamic staffing models for Clinical Operations headcount planning.
  • Lead short-term scheduling activities, including shift planning and real-time adherence (RTA).
  • Track and monitor key workforce metrics such as adherence, occupancy, and shrinkage.
  • Translate complex analytics into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and resourcing decisions.
  • Leverage AI functionality where possible to support analysis and planning.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations leadership on resourcing decisions and capacity planning.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for workforce optimization in cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role such as management consulting or tech.
  • Experience with workforce management or capacity planning is a plus.
  • Proven experience developing and managing analytical models.
  • Strong command of data and visualization tools such as Looker, SQL, and Hex.
  • Experience with workforce management tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges using data and structured analysis.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize analysis into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable building frameworks, processes, and standards in a scaling environment.
  • Ability to be onsite in Spring Health’s NYC office once a week is preferred.

  • Target base salary range of $80,000 - $92,000.
