Description

  • Handle ticket intake, troubleshooting, and documentation with accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate clearly with end users to support efficient issue resolution.
  • Use active listening to understand user concerns and guide problem-solving.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-focused approach during daily support interactions.
  • Support employees by troubleshooting laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Assist with user and group administration in productivity software environments such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Triaging issues using a structured, methodical approach.
  • Consider broader technical and business context when resolving support issues.
  • Collaborate with teammates and step in to help when priorities shift or support is needed.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in help desk or technical support operations.
  • Ability to support EU hours.
  • Basic understanding of user and group administration principles.
  • Experience with productivity software environments such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in device troubleshooting across laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Fundamental awareness of networking and security impact.
  • Ability to triage and troubleshoot issues using a structured, methodical approach.
  • Professional, empathetic communication skills when supporting employees and team members.
  • Available work-from-home setup with a desktop or laptop meeting minimum requirements.
  • 4th generation or higher Intel i3 or equivalent processor, at least 4GB RAM, Windows 10+ or macOS, and dual monitors.
  • Stable wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, a PC headset, and an HD webcam with at least 720p resolution.
