Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients for routine, minor unscheduled, and AOG maintenance events.
  • Set up preliminary scheduled inspections and coordinate major unscheduled events.
  • Support customers during AOG events and manage event triage from start to finish.
  • Maintain client relationships through periodic contact and ongoing support.
  • Build and sustain relationships with regional service facilities, mobile repair teams, maintenance providers, and parts vendors.
  • Research logbooks and conduct visual inspections for new enrollments or existing contracts.
  • Review and process invoices in AMS while meeting turnaround goals set by Technical Services Management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between maintenance facilities, parts sourcing vendors, and customers when managing events.
  • Use the Product Line Specialist for assistance when needed and transfer events appropriately when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Technical Services Management.

Requirements

  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings or equivalent are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an aviation field is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft is preferred.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and effective communication is required.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to read and write articulately and analytically is required.
  • Strong technical understanding relevant to the role is required.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure is required.
  • Must be well organized and able to obtain a passport for international travel.

  • Annual base pay ranging from $90,000 to $105,000.
