Description

  • Lead and scale the affiliate program across Amazon and DTC channels, managing agency and partner relationships end-to-end.
  • Build, launch, and grow a creator/influencer program for both Amazon and VMInnovations.com from the ground up.
  • Drive a full redesign of the VMInnovations DTC site with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Partner with merchandising, category, advertising, and content teams to identify priority products and execute go-to-market plans throughout the year.
  • Own performance reporting for Amazon and DTC channels, define key metrics, build dashboards, and communicate results to leadership.
  • Design, run, and iterate growth experiments to increase customer acquisition and conversion, prioritizing tests that drive meaningful impact.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional partners and mentor a marketing intern to support execution and scale operations.
  • Manage vendor/agency relationships and external partners to execute campaigns and programmatic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of growth or performance marketing experience with hands-on ownership across multiple channels.
  • Proven experience managing affiliate or creator/influencer programs, ideally across both Amazon and DTC.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion principles and DTC site performance, including CRO best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and clearly communicating results to leadership.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial operator who thrives in ambiguous environments and can own strategy and execution.
  • Experience managing agency or partner relationships and mentoring junior contributors.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus.
