Description

  • Lead and grow a team of AI-native engineers focused on multi-cloud infrastructure, security, and developer platform foundations.
  • Define the technical vision and make architectural decisions for the cloud platform.
  • Own the security and compliance posture of the developer platform end-to-end.
  • Drive improvements to CI/CD, build systems, deployment, and observability tooling.
  • Integrate LLM- and agent-based automation into infrastructure operations, security remediation, and developer workflows.
  • Partner with product, go-to-market, and engineering teams to bring platform capabilities to market through Portal.
  • Set and enforce standards for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across platform services.
  • Build a team culture centered on curiosity, technical rigor, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate across engineering, security, and executive stakeholders to align on complex trade-offs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer tooling at scale.
  • 5+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience.
  • Deep expertise with cloud platforms, especially GCP and AWS.
  • Strong grounding in platform security, including IAM, secrets management, vulnerability and patch management, and supply chain security.
  • Solid command of modern developer tooling, including CI/CD, build systems, deployment patterns, and observability.
  • Experience designing and operating distributed systems with reliability, cost, and security trade-offs in mind.
  • Familiarity with AI and LLM-based systems, including responsible use of agents and automation in infrastructure operations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across technical and executive audiences and build alignment.
  • Experience creating inclusive environments and supporting the growth of diverse teams.
  • Experience in the North Americas region and ability to collaborate in the Eastern Standard Time zone is required for this role.
