Description

  • Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns and promotional activities for existing and new users across LATAM markets.
  • Monitor key metrics such as retention, reactivation, and ROI, and prepare reports to track engagement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to maintain retention tools and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Help ensure regional offers and promotions are delivered on time and remain competitive across markets.
  • Coordinate with external partners on campaign execution and follow-up tasks.
  • Support personalization and automation initiatives by providing regional operational input.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience in the Online Casino or broader iGaming industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with retention and marketing automation tools is a plus.
