Description

  • Provide technical assistance, advice, and training to users, resolve Tier 1 issues, and escalate to appropriate escalation teams.
  • Install, configure, provision, maintain, repair, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Oversee deployment and ongoing maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal and reliable operations.
  • Manage and maintain company IT assets and systemic inventory, including procurement and device lifecycle management.
  • Handle IT asset allocations for onboarding and exits, both virtually and in-person.
  • Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, VPN gateways, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Coordinate with the regional Senior IT Engineer and other regional leads to keep daily operations smooth across time zones.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for employee IT issues and continuously improve systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in IT systems, network administration, or related technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of network technology and security principles.
  • Experience in corporate or platform security and vulnerability management.
  • Strong MDM and system provisioning skills for Mac, Windows, and Linux.
  • Strong written and spoken English and confident communication with users to understand issues and present clear solutions.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze root causes, diagnose problems, and provide solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and take end-to-end accountability for employee IT issues.
  • Should be flexible with work from office.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with Atlassian Jira or ITSM tools, Microsoft Intune, Ubiquiti and/or Mikrotik, Slack multi-workspace management, Google Workspace or Google Cloud Platform, and administration of Mac/Windows/Linux at scale or in global support teams.
