Description

  • Partner closely with the Sourcing Team Lead to define and drive top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for critical and niche roles.
  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean, x-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local platforms.
  • Build, qualify, and nurture healthy candidate pipelines for recurring and senior roles to reduce time-to-hire.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate role requirements and align on hiring priorities.
  • Provide weekly data and market-feasibility updates on talent availability and hiring timelines.
  • Craft high-touch, personalized outreach campaigns (email/InMail) to engage passive candidates and achieve high response rates.
  • Gather and share market intelligence on competitor layoffs, salary trends, and shifting candidate motivations with the wider TA team.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of Talent Sourcing experience (agency or in-house) with a proven track record in Africa and other global markets.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, x‑ray) and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and local sourcing platforms.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, specifically Greenhouse.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills, with the ability to push back and influence hiring managers.
  • Proven experience crafting high-touch outreach campaigns (email/InMail) to engage passive talent.
  • Experience gathering and presenting market intelligence and hiring-supply data to inform recruiting strategy.
