Description

  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles using Boolean search, x-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local market platforms.
  • Build and nurture healthy pipelines of pre-qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles to reduce time-to-hire.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate role requirements and provide weekly data on market feasibility and talent availability.
  • Craft high-touch, personalized outreach campaigns (email/InMail) to engage passive candidates and drive strong response rates.
  • Gather and share market intelligence on competitor layoffs, salary trends, and shifting candidate motivations with the wider TA team.
  • Work closely with the Sourcing Team Lead to shape and deliver the top-of-funnel strategy for the company’s most critical hires globally.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing (agency or in-house) with a proven track record in global markets.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse).
  • Experience with Boolean search, x-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local sourcing platforms.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult, push back, and influence hiring decisions.
  • Proven experience engaging passive candidates for complex, hard-to-fill roles and building candidate pipelines.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to produce and communicate market feasibility and talent availability insights.
