Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs, including the public TTS API and internal services for payments, subscriptions, authentication, and consumption tracking.
  • Own and optimize the backend API landscape for performance and maintainability.
  • Collaborate on B2B solutions for enterprise customization and integration needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
  • Contribute to business- and scalability-oriented backend decisions for new and existing products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend development with TS/Node is required.
  • Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Ability to ideate and implement efficiently while prioritizing work by urgency and impact.
  • Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Preferred: Proficiency deploying highly available applications on Kubernetes.
  • Strong communication skills and solid work ethic are emphasized.
  • Must be able to participate in a multi-round technical interview process that is expected to complete within 1 week.
