Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs for TTS, payments, subscriptions, authentication, and consumption tracking.
  • Oversee the backend API landscape and improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Build and support backend services for payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text-to-speech, and external APIs.
  • Collaborate on B2B solutions to meet enterprise customization and integration needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
  • Contribute to product decisions and help shape the direction of the platform.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with a focus on delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven backend development experience with TS/Node is required.
  • Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments is preferred.
  • Experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and solid work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully distributed, asynchronous work environment.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links must be included with the application.
