Description

Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs for payment, subscription, authentication, consumption tracking, and text-to-speech services.
Oversee the full backend API landscape and improve performance and maintainability.
Build and maintain backend services that support payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text-to-speech, and external APIs.
Collaborate on B2B solutions for enterprise client customization and integration needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
Contribute to product decisions in a fast-paced, strategically driven environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in backend development with TypeScript/Node.js is required.
Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform is required.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
Ability to move quickly from ideation to implementation and prioritize work by urgency and impact.
Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Preferred: Experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes.
Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
Experience building great user experiences that delight users.
Available to participate in a multi-step technical interview process completed within about 1 week.
