Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs for payments, subscriptions, authentication, and consumption tracking.
  • Oversee the backend API landscape and improve performance and maintainability across services.
  • Build and maintain backend services supporting payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text-to-speech, and external APIs.
  • Collaborate on B2B solutions for enterprise customers, including customization and integration needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
  • Ensure APIs and backend systems meet business requirements and scale effectively.
  • Contribute to product decisions in a fast-paced, strategic environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend development with TS/Node (required).
  • Direct experience with GCP.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments (preferred).
  • Experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Strong technical skills and ability to deliver results consistently and quickly.
  • Solid communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, distributed environments is beneficial.
