Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Work within a dedicated product team.
Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers on product direction.
Help support a growing user base with new features and improvements.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction.
Experience being responsible for engineering a product.
Strong customer focus and obsession with user experience.
Product thinking and ability to make thoughtful product decisions.
Ability to work quickly and prioritize what can ship now versus later.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, high-growth startup environment.
Technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with multithreading programming.
Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane.
Knowledge of SOLID principles and writing classes according to SOLID.
Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
