Description

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
  • Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and designers to guide product direction.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth remote engineering environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building iOS applications or similar products at scale.
  • Experience working on products that have reached a large user base.
  • Track record of taking products from inception to meaningful traction.
  • Strong product thinking and customer-focused decision making.
  • Ability to work quickly, prioritize effectively, and ship incrementally.
  • Comfort working in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a flat organization.
  • Technical expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Experience with multithreaded programming.
  • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane.
  • Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
  • Solid understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links requested as part of the application.
