Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers to guide product direction.
Contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth remote engineering environment.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building iOS applications or similar products at scale.
Experience working on products that have reached a large user base.
Track record of taking products from inception to meaningful traction.
Strong product thinking and customer-focused decision making.
Ability to work quickly, prioritize effectively, and ship incrementally.
Comfort working in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a flat organization.
Technical expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with multithreaded programming.
Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane.
Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
Solid understanding of SOLID principles.
Portfolio and LinkedIn links requested as part of the application.
