Description

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
  • Work within a dedicated product team.
  • Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.

Requirements

  • Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
  • Track record of taking products from inception to meaningful traction and owning product engineering.
  • Strong customer obsession and focus on delivering an excellent user experience.
  • Product thinking with the ability to make thoughtful product evolution decisions.
  • Ability to work quickly, prioritize what can ship now, and manage longer-term work.
  • Ability to stay focused and collaborate effectively in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Experience with multithreaded programming.
  • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane.
  • Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links required when applying.
