Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex iOS app architecture.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers on product direction.
Support the app’s growth and new user base with scalable engineering work.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction and owning the engineering effort.
Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering the best possible user experience.
Product thinking with the ability to make thoughtful decisions about product evolution.
Ability to work quickly and prioritize what can ship now versus what needs more time.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote startup environment.
Strong technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with multithreaded programming.
Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
Experience with Fastlane.
Understanding of SOLID principles and writing classes accordingly.
Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
