Description

  • Find new sources of audio data and integrate them into the ingestion pipeline.
  • Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for the ingestion pipeline on GCP.
  • Manage infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Work with scientists to improve the cost, throughput, and quality of dataset generation.
  • Collaborate with AI team members and leadership on the dataset roadmap for consumer and enterprise products.
  • Support the collection of high-quality, petabyte-scale datasets for model training operations.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
  • Proficiency with bash and Python scripting in Linux environments.
  • Proficiency with Docker and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
  • Professional experience with at least one major cloud provider, with GCP used in this role.
  • Experience with web crawlers is a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
