Description

Collaborate with product teams to scope projects and deliver solutions through the cross-platform SDK.
Reduce project scope where appropriate to accelerate customer feedback.
Navigate integration and UX tradeoffs across different product teams.
Optimize existing functionality for faster loading and smarter parsing.
Design more efficient abstractions and improve algorithms.
Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.
Build and maintain foundational services and SDKs that support the product experience across platforms.

Requirements

Experience designing and working on systems with an end-to-end, simplicity-driven approach.
Ability to work quickly, generate options, and decide what can ship now versus what needs more time.
Comfort working in a high-growth, remote startup environment with periods of focused independent work.
Strong collaboration skills with designers, marketers, and product managers.
Preferred experience with Kotlin Multiplatform; Java experience is acceptable but the role is centered on Kotlin Multiplatform.
Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
Systems thinking and an understanding of how to optimize complex products or services.
Ability to communicate interest clearly and include portfolio and LinkedIn links when applying.
