Description

  • Design and implement automated test frameworks for the platform.
  • Develop and execute test strategies for a microservices-based architecture.
  • Implement CI/CD quality gates and maintain test coverage visibility.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve testability, observability, and performance.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and technical risks.
  • Continuously improve test automation and QA processes.
  • Mentor and support mid-level SDETs and QA engineers.
  • Contribute to quality practices across engineering and product teams.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Java, with Java 17+ preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with containers and orchestration tools, including Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Elastic is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of software testing principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
  • Proven track record in performance testing, integration testing, and test data management.
  • Experience using AI tools in engineering.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineering and product teams.
  • Ability to mentor mid-level engineers and influence quality practices across teams.
  • Ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
