Description

  • Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to existing customers and channel partners.
  • Recommend business solutions that align with customer needs and SonicWall priorities.
  • Use installed product subscription records and reporting to grow active subscribers within the installed base.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, and SonicWall sales teams to keep information flowing to regional teams and leaders.
  • Support lifecycle management process improvements across partners and customers.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for installed base data inquiries.
  • Maintain documentation for projects and initiatives related to installed base growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers through knowledge of SonicWall’s technology, products, and services.
  • Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve sales and growth results.
  • Help influence sales behavior and capabilities across sales teams.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking ability to understand installed base strategy and provide consultative analysis.
  • Ability to combine complex data and analysis into actionable business plans that support decision-making.
  • Motivation and passion for sales.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who can follow through on assigned projects and learn new tools.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Sales experience within the technology industry is a plus.
