Description

  • Help prospective customers understand how Sonar’s Clean as You Code approach fits into their software development lifecycle.
  • Drive the technical side of pre-sales opportunities through presentations, demonstrations, and product evaluation support.
  • Advise customers on the best deployment strategy for the Sonar solution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by prospects evaluating the products.
  • Support successful product adoption and growth after purchase in partnership with Customer Success and Support.
  • Help existing customers understand the capabilities of advanced product editions.
  • Provide technical enablement to channel partners to improve their service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Development by sharing customer feedback on product evolution and messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of local and cloud-based deployment platforms and technologies.
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
  • Ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations that help people understand software solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team, including giving and receiving feedback and sharing knowledge.
  • Can-do attitude with willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute to improvements and innovations.
