Description

  • Manage and own the real estate pipeline for assigned territories.
  • Conduct site research and analysis for sourced or accepted real estate opportunities.
  • Maintain pipeline records, documentation, and diligence tracking for active sites.
  • Prepare Real Estate Committee materials for executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead LOI negotiations and collaborate with legal on lease negotiations.
  • Manage broker relationships across assigned territories.
  • Manage landlord relationships during due diligence and permitting with the development team.
  • Manage national institutional relationships to keep [solidcore] top of mind for relevant opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with HQ teams including Legal, Operations, FP&A, and Marketing.
  • Support special projects tied to broader business functions.
  • Represent and promote the [solidcore] brand in professional settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Law, GIS, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of multi-market deal-making or leasing experience in the Western U.S., directly or indirectly with retailers.
  • Class A or urban street retail asset experience preferred.
  • People management and team lead experience required.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret legal documents.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong ability to balance priorities across multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of business performance and ability to translate it into real estate and company strategy.
  • Passion for [solidcore], retail brands, or retail real estate.
  • Candidates should ideally be located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.
  • Ability to travel 10-35% of the time.
