Description

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for an assigned regional territory, including coach and field leadership hiring.
  • Manage recruitment for 30+ studio locations and 150-300+ coach hires annually.
  • Scout, source, screen, interview, and audition coach candidates across the region.
  • Lead live and virtual auditions and assess candidates against [solidcore] coaching standards.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, offer support, and onboarding communications.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and implement region-specific recruiting strategies and sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline aligned to local market needs and hiring demand.
  • Partner with studio leadership, hiring managers, and Training Managers to forecast needs and support selection decisions.
  • Represent [solidcore] at recruitment events, job fairs, networking events, and in-person sourcing visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Ability to manage at least 4 open full-time requisitions while maintaining high-quality pipelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an enthusiastic, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Passion for fitness and understanding of the fitness industry.
  • Ability to represent the [solidcore] brand with authenticity and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned regional territory, with 25-40% travel expected.
  • Experience recruiting in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industries (preferred).
  • Knowledge of multiple geographic markets and regional talent landscapes (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating training programs or cohort-based hiring (preferred).
