Description

Own key dates, timelines, status discussions, and contingency planning for assigned studio openings.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Development, Digital, Sales, Facilities, Field Operations, and other partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact to keep openings consistent and aligned with standards.
Travel to new studios to lead setup activities and Grand Opening events.
Apply documented new studio opening processes to ensure operational readiness at turnover.
Escalate schedule, facility, construction punch-list, and equipment risks with recommended solutions.
Ensure equipment is functional and maintain a safe, clean, and operational studio environment.
Manage studio setup inventory orders, delivery tracking, and supply inventory audits.
Assist with budget requests, analysis, and reporting.
Contribute to operations and NSO team projects, process improvements, peer learning, and local-market classes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience.
Knowledge of project management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain organized systems and records.
Adaptable, professionally mature, collaborative, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Base salary of $76,359–$86,859, based on experience.
