Description

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned Managed Services clients.
  • Manage ongoing client engagements across multiple concurrent initiatives, not fixed implementations.
  • Lead Managed Solutions Consultants and adjacent team members within a matrix-based resource model.
  • Set, track, and communicate priorities, scope, timelines, and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively anticipate changes in priority, scope, or capacity and adjust delivery plans accordingly.
  • Define and communicate delivery metrics that create transparency for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support client engagement efforts and improve Managed Services offerings.
  • Provide concise status updates on client health, delivery progress, and risk areas.
  • Partner with the Client Success team to review client experience data and turn insights into action.
  • Support continuous adoption, optimization, and reliance on Softdocs platform solutions.

Requirements

  • Fully remote, US-based candidates only.
  • Experience managing ongoing, evolving client work rather than fixed, milestone-based projects.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests, make tradeoffs, and communicate decisions clearly.
  • Strong direct communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to adapt as priorities shift.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to follow through without heavy oversight.
  • Comfort using tools such as SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Outlook, Loop, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Bonus: experience leading projects at a SaaS company.
  • Bonus: experience in software or enterprise-level software, especially in K–12, Higher Education, or State and Local Government markets.

Benefits

  • $75,000 to $89,000 annual salary.
