Description

  • Work with product and business leaders to identify strategic opportunities and recommend data-driven actions.
  • Measure KPIs and craft analyses that support business decision-making and stakeholder storytelling.
  • Drive customer engagement strategies for account funding, recurring deposits, trading activity, and retention.
  • Analyze customer behavior metrics such as funnel conversion, churn, feature engagement, product LTV, and cross-sell.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to design and evaluate tests that improve key metrics.
  • Lead the end-to-end product analytics strategy for Invest, including data instrumentation and journey tracking.
  • Establish North Star metrics and analytical frameworks to guide the long-term roadmap.
  • Own the experimentation lifecycle, including hypothesis development, test design, and translating results into product recommendations.
  • Discover and analyze customer behavior trends to inform decisions with confidence.
  • Present analyses and findings to Invest business and product leaders.

Requirements

  • M.B.A., B.S., or M.S. in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, business strategy, or a related role in the investment or brokerage industry.
  • Strong programming skills in SQL and Python, with proficiency in Tableau.
  • Experience in Wealth Management or Fintech, with a deep understanding of brokerage and market data.
  • Strong understanding of Invest P&L drivers.
  • Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing.
  • Proven experience building analytical frameworks to inform business strategy.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses in simple terms.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
