Description

  • Analyze member feedback and Net Promoter Scores related to fraud and dispute touchpoints.
  • Identify friction points in security and dispute processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct forensic analysis of fraud and dispute workflows using SQL and behavioral data.
  • Detect sleeper accounts and other high-risk members based on evidence and risk signals.
  • Prepare datasets and reporting for adverse action and member offboarding decisions.
  • Quantify the business impact of fraud prevention and member-experience improvements.
  • Develop cost-benefit analyses that support prioritization of risk reduction initiatives.
  • Monitor the fraud and dispute ecosystem for emerging trends and future improvement opportunities.
  • Document a backlog of new opportunities for risk reduction and experience enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Math, or Economics.
  • Strong technical data skills with databases, Excel, SQL, Python, and data dashboard tools.
  • Experience using multiple data sources and analytical methods to define business needs.
  • Ability to build business metrics and dashboard infrastructure and automate manual processes.
  • Experience developing analysis structures that meet business needs.
  • Ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and communicate actionable recommendations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for data and metrics gaps, with an innovative approach to technical and business problems.
  • Very strong communication skills with the ability to present data-backed stories clearly.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a complex, fluid environment.
