Description

  • Complete daily settlements for services associated with CPS FBO accounts and subledgers using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile daily commercial partner activity between the FBO account and subledger accounts at Galileo.
  • Manage postings and exceptions to ensure accurate settlement processing.
  • Work with other bank departments to rectify posting discrepancies.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of differences and escalation of unresolved items to management.
  • Update settlements and standard operating procedures as changes occur.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CPS, Galileo, EPD, and Accounting to support reporting, resolution, and automation efforts.
  • Support internal and external business partners with operational service and assist in training less experienced team members.
  • Use independent judgment on routine issues and escalate more complex problems to department management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant banking reconciliation experience.
  • Strong understanding of how the financial world works.
  • Ability to analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • General accounting knowledge.
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytic skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations desired.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with potential schedule changes as volumes increase.
