Description

  • Support the creation and execution of initiatives that improve the fraud and dispute member experience.
  • Act as a liaison between frontline agents and cross-functional partners to surface operational challenges.
  • Identify friction points in the fraud and dispute lifecycle and help implement improvements across process, policy, and technology.
  • Review fraud and dispute workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Use data analysis to identify recurring pain points that delay resolution or frustrate members.
  • Assist in developing and proposing workflow redesigns and process updates.
  • Help prepare cost-benefit analyses and business justifications for prioritization.
  • Manage intake of agent feedback and maintain the pipeline of potential improvement opportunities.
  • Build relationships with frontline staff to ensure their concerns are heard and addressed.
  • Propose solutions to leaders and work with internal business partners to execute them.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or related process improvement work, preferably in a transformational environment.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, root cause analysis, and process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to build partnerships and network effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
