Description

  • Produce polished content drafts across formats including articles, explainers, email, scripts, and social copy.
  • Edit and refine content from other contributors to maintain a consistent brand and editorial voice.
  • Translate complex financial and product concepts into clear, accessible language for a broad consumer audience.
  • Own the compliance process for Product Education content, including submissions, redlines, approvals, and required changes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date compliance tracker so the team can monitor the status of each asset.
  • Proactively follow up with compliance stakeholders to keep reviews moving and timelines on track.
  • Take notes in cross-functional meetings and distribute clear, actionable recaps.
  • Maintain status updates across active workstreams and manage version control and feedback loops.
  • Serve as an operational backbone for the Product Education program and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Leverage AI tools throughout the content production cycle and help improve AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, editorial, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing ability with minimal hand-holding from brief to polished draft.
  • Experience working in a detail-oriented, compliance-heavy, or administratively complex workflow.
  • Strong project management skills, including tracking work, following up, and preventing items from slipping.
  • Fluency with AI writing and productivity tools.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated content environments is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work as a strategic executor who can balance writing craft with operational rigor.
