Description

  • Lead content strategy for multiple clients as the main point of contact.
  • Generate monthly content ideas aligned with client goals and commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure content is visible in AI search and LLMs, and track performance across traffic, rankings, and acquisition.
  • Present results using Looker dashboards and report commercial outcomes to clients.
  • Lead expert interviews by preparing questions and coordinating the interview process.
  • Set up and manage Trello workflows and coordinate writers through drafts to final articles.
  • Edit, finalize, and publish articles in client CMS platforms.
  • Manage client communication through weekly or fortnightly calls, Friday status updates, and handling feedback or scope questions.
  • Write content for clients and/or Mint Studios as needed.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and writing team, join internal strategy calls, and participate in monthly one-on-ones.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong writing ability and strategic thinking.
  • Clarity of thought and the ability to build logical written arguments.
  • Curiosity and willingness to research topics deeply before writing or advising.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to understand content in the context of the product, client, and broader strategy.
  • Responsibility for continuously improving writing skills and openness to new processes.
  • Empathy for both readers and clients, with comfort asking questions when needed.
  • Comfort explaining complex topics and handling feedback constructively.
  • Willingness to learn fintech and financial services; prior background in the industry is not required.
  • Ideal timezone is CST or EST due to calls with the UK and EU.
  • Ability to begin around 1st July is preferred, though the start date is flexible.
  • A paid writing test of 500–1,000 words and a paid strategy project are part of the interview process.
  • Final interview may be in person in the US, with travel reimbursed.
