Description

  • Directly configure, modify, and test PCF and ACS settings within the Fiserv credit card processor.
  • Translate business requirements into parameter-level processor changes.
  • Execute end-to-end configuration changes, including setup, testing, validation, and release.
  • Perform UAT and production validation to confirm configuration accuracy and system behavior.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues related to processor configuration and platform performance.
  • Assess and communicate downstream impacts across servicing, fraud, disputes, collections, and compliance.
  • Own administration responsibilities across multiple Fiserv platforms and coordinate system updates.
  • Support platform implementations and cross-functional initiatives with hands-on configuration ownership.
  • Partner with technology, risk, legal, compliance, and marketing stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Maintain documentation for configuration changes, testing, and platform processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Fiserv / FDR credit card processor environments.
  • Recent hands-on experience configuring PCF and/or ACS.
  • Proven experience modifying processor parameters for pricing and fees, APR / interest logic, credit limits and authorization controls, and delinquency and collections settings.
  • Experience performing testing, validation, and release of processor configuration changes.
  • Ability to identify and assess downstream impacts across the credit card lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of consumer credit card operations in a regulated environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues related to processor configuration.
  • Ability to communicate technical system behavior clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Fiserv platforms such as Optis, VisionPLUS, or related systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting platform migrations or modernization efforts such as Galileo or LoanPro is preferred.
  • Experience mapping regulatory requirements into system parameters is preferred.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Tableau, Airtable, or Smartsheet is preferred.
  • Experience working in small, high-impact teams with direct ownership is preferred.
