Description

  • Work with lines of business, credit, operations, and finance teams to develop new SoFi products.
  • Analyze portfolio and collateral characteristics, economic data, and related information to support capital markets execution.
  • Lead the diligence process and prepare investor education and marketing materials for multiple audiences.
  • Research industry best practices and peer group activity to support product innovation and structuring.
  • Collaborate with finance, credit, and accounting teams on analysis and transaction structuring.
  • Support content preparation, communication, and due diligence for external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, rating agencies, and service providers.
  • Provide support to investor development and deal execution teams from sourcing through capital markets execution.
  • Partner with internal teams such as legal, engineering, product, treasury, accounting, servicing, and finance to align strategy and goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a similar technical field.
  • Excellent analytical, attention-to-detail, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action.
  • Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective storytelling and presentation skills using Microsoft and Google Suite tools, with experience leveraging AI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in fintech, products, and capital markets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with technical and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience with lending or consumer credit products, such as mortgages, student loans, credit cards, or personal loans, is a plus.
