Description

  • Develop and lead social media strategies across multiple client accounts.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable social marketing plans that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for audience growth, content innovation, community development, and platform expansion.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and lead strategic conversations, planning sessions, workshops, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Turn performance data into actionable recommendations and explain what happened and why it happened.
  • Monitor platform changes, consumer behavior shifts, emerging trends, and competitive activity.
  • Build strong client relationships that position Sociallyin as a strategic partner.
  • Mentor junior strategists, account managers, and other team members through coaching and knowledge-sharing.
  • Partner with leadership and sales teams on pitches and proposal development.
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership, strategic frameworks, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy.
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Experience working with large brands, enterprise organizations, or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven success building and leading social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, community management, influencer marketing, and paid social integration.
  • Experience presenting to senior-level marketing stakeholders.
  • Experience leading strategic conversations and facilitating workshops.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and consumer behavior.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen with the ability to connect social media initiatives to broader business objectives.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with comfort working with performance data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity and complexity.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others.
  • Experience with social listening and audience intelligence platforms is preferred.
  • Public speaking, thought leadership, or content creation experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level pitches and new business efforts is preferred.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of marketing is preferred.
