Description

  • Edit high-quality video content that matches each brand’s identity, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
  • Create a range of ad and social content formats, including UGC ads, founder-led content, product demonstrations, motion graphics, and performance marketing creatives.
  • Optimize creative assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging social platforms.
  • Apply best practices for pacing, retention, hooks, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Account Managers, Designers, and Clients throughout the production process.
  • Implement client and internal feedback accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize project files and maintain production workflows.
  • Stay current on social media trends, editing techniques, and platform developments.
  • Continuously improve creative performance and production efficiency.
  • Support the testing, production, and optimization of content across multiple industries and product categories.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of video editing experience, preferably in eCommerce, marketing, or agency environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong working knowledge of After Effects.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Understanding of direct-response advertising and performance creative principles.
  • Strong skills in motion graphics, captions and subtitles, transitions, sound design, colour correction and grading, and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent written and spoken English.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Portfolio, showreel, or examples of previous work demonstrating editing capabilities are required.
