Description

  • Own end-to-end UGC coordination across assigned accounts, from creator briefing and onboarding through content review and delivery.
  • Manage shoot logistics and production timelines, acting as the operational link between Account Managers and the Production team.
  • Support campaign onboarding by understanding each brand, confirming timelines, and joining internal kickoff calls.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time content trackers and schedules across all accounts.
  • Keep Account Managers proactively updated on progress, risks, and delivery status.
  • Build and maintain strong communication with creators and influencers to support smooth delivery and strong return rates.
  • Review assets for quality control before they reach the Account Manager and catch issues early.
  • Run daily follow-ups on overdue content, including Day 3 and Day 5 chasers for live UGC.
  • Attend campaign briefings, commercial briefings, and pre-production meetings as needed.
  • Send a clean weekly wrap-up to each Account Manager so nothing is missed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or production coordination.
  • Agency experience is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset with the ability to flag problems early and bring fixes.
  • Strong, clear communication skills with a reliable and concise approach.
  • Comfort managing multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with UGC, content production, or performance creative workflows is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • B2B contract role with compensation of £1,400 - £2,000.
  • Experience supporting account management or creative delivery workflows is preferred.
